采用共沉淀法制备Ni-Mn-O系负温度系数(negative temperature coefficient,NTC)陶瓷粉体,考察三种沉淀剂(NaOH、Na2CO3、H2C2O4)对沉淀前驱体和烧结体的影响.分别采用TEM、XRD、TGA和SEM对沉淀前驱体和烧结体进行表征,并测量烧结体的电学性能.结果表明,草酸是最优的沉淀剂,所制得前驱体的粒度分布均匀,结晶完善,烧结体致密,电学性能一致.
