从Sieverts定律和微孔隙中分子氢和钢内溶解氢化学势平衡的理论基础出发,介绍了目前已有的几种钢内微孔隙氢压强度和氢浓度计算模型.通过对比找出了最适合应用的微孔隙氢压强度计算模型,并建立了新的微孔隙氢浓度计算模型.最后建立了钢内微孔隙氢压强度和氢浓度综合计算模型,证明了温度和孔隙率对微孔隙内氢压强度和氢浓度的重要影响.所建模型和分析结果为深入研究钢内白点的萌生扩展机制奠定了基础.
