通过低碳铝镇静钢CSPCDCMBA流程的工业试验,借助光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和专用拉伸试验机等设备,测定了热轧、冷轧、退火和平整后钢板的组织、织构、力学性能和基本成形性能,并对其特征、演变规律及影响因素进行了分析,验证了退火平整板r值的变化与{111}/{100}的线性关系。结果表明,增加{111}和减少{100}织构组分对提高薄钢板成形性能同样重要。
Through industrial experiment on the whole process of CSPCDCMBA with low carbon Alkilled steel, the microstructures, textures, mechanical properties and basic formability of the hotrolled, coldrolled, batchannealed, and temperleveled sheets are determined by means of instruments such as optical microscope, Xray diffraction instrument and special tension tester and so on. Their characteristics, evolution rules and influencing factors are primarily analyzed, too. Furthermore, the linear relationship between rvalue and ratio of {111}/{100} has been proved, which reveals that it will be same important to increase the component of {111} texture and to decrease the component of {100} texture.
