在浆料罐系统中研究了Ni-P涂层的泥浆冲蚀-腐蚀行为.Ni-P涂层抵抗泥浆冲蚀-腐蚀的能力大大高于马氏体不锈钢2Cr13和奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti,扫描电镜分析表明,在线速度为6.2m/s时,2.5小时后Ni-P涂层表面轻微擦伤,在11.1m/s时,0.5小时后,表面为切削特征,运行不到15小时表面严重剥落。
