采用电弧炉熔炼及铜模快铸的方法制备Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块体非晶合金材料.利用储能和快速释放的方法,研究了锆基块体非晶材料在过冷液相区的快速粘滞流动.结果表明,在过冷液相区内能够进行快速粘滞流动变形、粘滞成型和粘滞连接;成功地制备出微型齿轮件;成型件和连接区无晶化现象;连接强度与母材处于同一水平.
