研究了PMN-PT薄膜的无机盐-螯合-凝胶法制备,分析和讨论了薄膜热处理工艺对薄膜相结构形成的影响,探讨制备近全钙钛矿相的PMN-PT弛豫铁电薄膜的最佳工艺.
