Research of deep dephosphorization with double slags in the 100t top blowing converter and 180t combined converter and 260t combined converter were carried on. Different characters during the total blowing time were studied through the industrial experiments. Some key measures of the raw materials and operating system during the blowing process were analyzed also. The results show that: the temperature of molten steel, bacisity, w((FeO)) and fluidity of slag at turning down are the important guarantees to ensure dephosphrization effect. The average result of w([P]) at tapping can reach 63 × 10^-6 in 100 t top blowing converter and 51 ×10^-6 in 180 t combined converter and 62 × 10^-6 in 260 t combined converter with double slags in industrial test.
