以钛酸正丁酯为前驱体,采用原位生成法制备出了具有良好性能的PBT/纳米钛系化合物复合功能聚酯,并对其可纺性及纤维力学性能进行了研究.研究发现,当钛酸正丁酯的添加量小于2%(质量分数)时,聚合反应稳定且反应时间大大缩短,同时纳米钛系化合物在原位聚合产物中具有良好的分散性,不会对纺丝性能造成任何不良影响,而且单根纤维强力达到了3.5cN/dtex.用该复合功能聚酯制得的织物具有良好的抗紫外性能.
In this article,PBT/nano-titanium compounds polyester is synthesized by in-situ polymerization with the precursor of n-butyl titanate.The spinnability as well as the mechanical properties of the fiber is subsequently studied,and the results show that the composite has good spinnability and the fiber prepared has good mechanical properties.According to the experiment,polymerization is relatively stable and the reaction time is greatly shortened when the content of r-butyl titanate is less than 2wt% ,meanwhile,the nano-titanium compounds in the product have a good dispersibility,which has little influence on the spinnability of the matrix,and the strength is up to 3.5cN/dtex.This functional complex polyester fabrics obtained show a good anti-UV radiating property.
