以钛酸丁酯复合醇溶胶作为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO_2微粒,并将其在不同温度下焙烧,获得了纳米TiO_2.在紫外光的照射下,将纳米TiO_2添加到成膜物质中,配以添加剂,消泡剂等,合成了纳米复合涂料.黏度、甲醛含量、抗菌性能、耐热性以及重金属含量的测试结果表明,纳米复合涂料的各项性能均高于原涂料,尤以由600℃下焙烧所得纳米TiO_2制备的涂料为佳,其黏度为14.6 Pa·s,甲醛降解率为73%,抗菌圈半径比原涂料增大了88%;在300℃下烘烤5 h,涂层出现少量龟裂,但未剥落.
TiO_2 particles were prepared by sol-gel method with Ti(OC_4H_9)_4 as precursor, and then baked at different temperatures to produce nano-TiO_2. Nanocomposite coatings were synthesized by adding the nano-TiO_2 to film-forming materials combined with additive and foam suppressor under ultraviolet light. The test results of viscosity, formaldehyde content, antimicrobial activity, thermal stability and heavy metal contents showed that the properties of nanocomposite coatings are much better than that of the original coatings, and the coating containing nano-TiO_2 obtained by baking at 600 ℃ is the most excellent with a viscosity of 14.6 Pa·s, formaldehyde degradation rate of 73% and a 88% increase of the radius of inhibition zone compared with that of original coating. The coating has a little crack, but no crumbling off when it is baked at 300 ℃ for 5 h.
