研究了GH742y合金铸态组织、强化相的溶解和析出规律、合金相组成、元素偏析及其改善偏析的方法,并采用物理化学相分析的方法确定了该合金析出相的类型、数量和强化相γ′的粒度分布。结果表明:铸态下,GH742y合金中存在γ′、Nb(C,N)及VC(痕量)相。其中γ′相的质量分数高达426%。采用1 140 ℃×40 h以上或1 190 ℃×24 h的高温均匀化处理后,可以明显减轻枝晶偏析,获得较均匀的组织。

The microstructure and homogenization process of alloy GH742y ingot were investigated. The types and amounts of the precipitates and the partical size distribution of γ′ phase were determined by means of phase analysis. The results indicate that the precipitates of GH742y alloy are γ′, Nb (C,N) and VC. The mass fraction of γ′ phase is about 426%, the optimal heat treatment of homogenization is 1 190 ℃×24 h or 1 140 ℃×40 h.
