真空渗氮可较好地改善材料表面性能,但目前对其在钛合金中的应用研究较少.采用真空渗氮的方法对TC4钛合金作表面改性,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、失重法、电化学测试及扫描电镜(SEM)分析了改性层的形貌、相组成及腐蚀性能.结果表明:经真空渗氮处理的TC4合金在50 mL/L HF +200 mL/L HNO3混合体系中加速腐蚀10 min后,渗层表面基本保持完好,腐蚀速率只有基体的1/145,自腐蚀电位由基体的-0.762 5 V提高到0.511 9 V,腐蚀电流降低2个数量级,真空渗氮极大地改善了钛合金的耐腐蚀性.
