用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)作油相,反相微乳液作为模板制备了纳米氯化银(AgCl)粒子,再进行原位聚合制备了纳米AgCl/PMMA复合材料.用电导法表征了微乳液的结构,分析了温度对微乳液稳定性的影响;TEM分析表明,纳米AgCl的尺寸小于100 nm.SEM及红外分析表明纳米AgCl粒子是均匀地存在于PMMA基材中,M MA聚合完全;动态力学测试(DMTA)复合材料发现纳米AgCl粒子起到"交联剂"作用,使复合材料的储能模量上升.
