采用快淬工艺制备Fe80-xSi20Cox(x=10,15,20,25)磁性合金,高能球磨后使用SEM、XRD分析快淬合金的微观形貌与相组成,通过VSM测量快淬合金的磁性能,采用Agilent PNA 8363B微波矢量网络分析仪测量快淬合金的电磁参数.研究结果表明:经高能球磨后的FeSiCo合金粉末具有扁平状的疏松结构;Co含量的变化未改变合金粉末的相结构,都为d-Fe(Co)结构,随着Co含量的增加,矫顽力Hc先增大后减小,饱和磁化强度Ms亦先增大后减小;按传输线理论模拟计算,Fe55Si20Co25合金粉末具有最佳的反射损耗,在涂层厚度为1 mm、频率为2.5 GHz时其反射损耗为-3.4 dB.
