以安钢第二炼轧厂3号连铸机为依托,对结晶器液压振动同步技术进行研究。分析连铸机采用的液压伺服控制系统的组成与工作原理,针对仿真结果引入PID校正控制。最终得出结论,3号连铸机结晶器液压振动采用的PID同步控制方案及其参数的设置,能够满足系统的快速性、精确性、稳定性要求。
With No. 3 continuous Vaster of Anyang Iron and Steel Company' s Second Steel as the base, the mould hydraulic vibration synchronous technology were studied. Analyze the caster of hydraulic servo control sys- tem composition and working principle, PID correction control was induced aiming at simulation results. It is con- eluded that PID synchronous control scheme and parameter setting adopted by No. 3 caster mould can meet the de- mands of swiftness, accuracy and stability of the system.
