采用环氧树脂(EP)和增韧剂(A)对氰酸酯树脂(CE)进行了增韧改性.在160℃与不含催化剂的CE/EP/A体系相比,加有催化剂的CE/EP/A体系的固化反应速度明显提高,其固化程度随固化反应时间延长而提高.加有催化剂的CE/EP/A体系的固化反应温度比不含催化剂的CE/EP/A体系显著下降,且随A用量增加而降低.随着A用量增加,CE/EP/A膜的柔韧性提高,但膜的热稳定性、拉伸强度和杨氏模量下降.CE/EP/A膜具有优良的抗湿性.
