采用铸锭法制备了高铝含量的Mg-Al系合金.通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、压缩性能测试及浸泡腐蚀测试,研究了添加不同高Al含量对镁合金的显微组织、抗压缩性能与快速分解性能的影响.结果表明,通过添加15%~20% Al到纯镁中,可明显提高基体合金的抗压缩强度与93℃下的分解速率.Mg-20% Al合金的室温抗压缩强度达到423 MPa,93℃及3% KCl溶液下的腐蚀分解速率达到25 mg·h-1 ·cm-2.
