采用有限元方法对热轧钢卷冷却中的温度场进行解析,求解过程中考虑了钢卷径向各层之间接触对传热的影响以及卷心热辐射的自持作用,得到了钢卷不同部位的温度分布和在50 h冷却过程的温降曲线。在钢卷表面取代表点,现场实测了冷却50 h后的钢卷温度变化过程,并与有限元计算值进行了对比,表明计算值与实测值吻合较好。同时模拟研究了钢卷强制冷却条件下的温度演变,指出钢卷强制冷却可以大大加快成品库的周转。
The temperature field of hot rolled coil during air cooling is analyzed by FEM, and the impact of the coil radial contact between the layers on heat transfer and the heat selfrestraint in the coil center are considered. The temperature distribution and evolution curve of hot rolled coil are obtained during 50 hours cooling. Meanwhile, the temperature of hot rolled coil under the same conditions is measured, and the measured results are in good agreement with the FEM calculated ones. Moreover the temperature evolution of hot rolled coil during constraint cooling is simulated. The constraint cooling accelerates greatly the cycle turnover of the shipping department.
