用磁性槽楔取代电机中的绝缘槽楔可降低电机损耗和温升,减小电机的振动和噪声,提高电机效率;但同时也会引起电机起动转矩和最大转矩的下降.就磁性槽楔的发展、分类和磁性槽楔对电机性能的影响进行了简要的探讨和分析,并对目前磁性槽楔制备和应用中存在的一些问题提出了看法和建议.
