针对高炉渣转杯法粒化工艺,用液态石蜡模拟熔渣,研究了转杯转速和石蜡的质量流量对颗粒平均直径及其质量分布的影响规律.结果表明:颗粒的平均直径随转速的提高而减小,随质量流量的增加而增大;高转速下破碎颗粒呈长条形,质量流量对颗粒形状没有影响;提高转速和增大质量流量,都会使颗粒的质量分布均匀.
