以大比表面积的凹凸棒石(ATP)为载体,以Ce(NO_3)_3为铈源,利用水热法合成了含量不同的CeO_2/ATP纳米复合材料,并采用XRD、TEM等对其进行了表征,并研究了水热反应温度和反应时间对复合材料结构与形貌的影响.结果表明:合成CeO_2/ATP纳米复合材料的最佳水热反应温度为80℃,水热反应时间为72 h,此时CeO_2的质量分数为42.8%,复合材料的比表面积最大,达到了235.4 m~2·g~(-1),表面细小的CeO_2颗粒分散性好,比普通CeO_2具有更好的对CO催化氧化效果.
CeO_2/ATP (attapulgite) nanocomposites with different contents were prepared by hydrothermal method using ATP with large specific surface area as supporter and Ce (NO_3)_3 as Ce source. The effects of temperature and time of hydrothermal reaction on the microstructure and morphology of the composite were investigated by means of XRD and TEM. The results show that the optimal CeO_2/ATP nanocomposites could be obtained under the conditions of the hydrothermal reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 72 h. The composite with 42. 8wt% CeO_2 had the largest specific surface area up to 235.4 m~2 ·g~(-1) and the fine surface CeC_2 particles distributed well, and thus had better catalytic and oxidation effects to CO than the composite with common CeO_2.
