以L-抗坏血酸为还原剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为保护剂,乙酸铜的二乙醇溶液为前驱体,在室温下反应得到大量粒径在160 nm左右单分散性的纳米铜颗粒.详细探讨了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的配比、乙酸铜溶液滴加速率和反应时间对产物的影响.采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、能谱分析仪和X射线衍射仪对纳米铜粉进行表征与分析,该纳米铜颗粒以近似球状的不规则形貌为主,晶型为面心立方(fcc)晶体结构,纯度较高,能够稳定分散在有机溶液中,适合制备导电铜浆,具有广阔的应用前景.
