以十二醇为原料,通过酯化反应对苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA-1000P)进行改性.采用所制备的改性苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物作为乳化剂,制备了具有核壳结构的丙烯酸酯聚合物乳胶粒子,研究了乳液合成中乳化剂的酯化程度、乳化剂用量、引发剂的浓度、单体和引发剂滴加时间对乳液粒径、凝胶量等的影响,并利用红外(FT-IR)、纳米激光粒度仪(DLS)、透射电镜(TEM)进行一系列的表征.结果表明:SMA-1000P与十二醇质量比为1∶0.75时可获得性能最佳的乳化剂.TEM观察到的乳液粒径大小及分布趋势与DLS测得的结果一致,同时也证明了核壳结构的存在.
