钛合金中,涉及到钛元素的相成百上千,这些相中,大部分无需了解,但其中有7个相尤其需要关注,他们是6个同素异构相α、β、α′、α"、ω、β′和一个共析相α2。这7个重要的相的表达中以阿尔法为主体表达式的相有4个:α、α′、α"和α2相。根据相关资料和作者在钛合金方面的工作经验,对这4个以阿尔法为主体表达式的相的结构、形态、相转变特点以及他们之间的联系进行了介绍,旨在为初涉钛合金领域的工程技术人员研究钛合金组织和相变提供一定的参考。
There are many amounts of phases containing Ti element in titanium alloys .But the majority of these pha-ses are unnecessary to know , among them there are seven phases that are very important for technologists in titanium alloy field .They are six allotropic phases of α, β, α′, α", ω, β′and one eutectoid phase of α2 .Through analyzing the expression symbol of the seven phases it can be found that there are four phases of α, α′, α"andα2 showing the same main body expression symbol of α.The structures , morphologies , distinctiveness and relationships of these four phases were introduced based on the relation materials and the working experience of the authors .It was believed that this paper would do help for engineering technicians to understand the morphology and phase transformation of titanium alloys.
