根据ISO6872牙科陶瓷标准制备KAVO氧化锆陶瓷-Vita VM9饰面瓷的双层瓷复合结构的三点弯曲强度样品,氧化锆与饰面瓷的厚度比为1∶ 1, 研究多次烧结对牙科氧化锆陶瓷-饰面瓷双层瓷结构的力学性能的影响,观察样品双层瓷结合界面,分析断裂模式.结果表明:随烧结次数的增加,弯曲强度未明显改变,强度约996~1020 MPa.应力位移曲线显示氧化锆和饰面瓷同时发生碎裂.扫描电镜观察发现多次烧结后界面致密结合,无明显缺陷.
