为了研究并掌握上海天然气管道主干网9标杂散电流干扰情况以及采取的相关保护措施,采用远程遥测设备监测燃气管道杂散电流干扰规律,同步测试了土壤电位梯度及管地电位.结果表明,地铁锦秋路维修基地泄漏电流是导致上海高压天然气管道9标管道杂散电流腐蚀的干扰源.现场检测了维修基地的相关电力装置性能,包括铁轨轨地电位、轨道绝缘情况、接地装置等,分析了地铁维修基地杂散电流的形成原因并提出了建议措施,包括加强铁轨绝缘施工与管理、加强变电站接地极的检测与管理以及对地极周边埋地管道采取排流保护等.

In order to study and master the condition of the stray current of natural gas 9 section pipeline in Shanghai and take corresponding measures the impact of stray current on gas pipeline was monitored using remote measurement system.The cathodic protection potential and the magnitude of potential gradient on ground surface were simultaneous measured.The results indicate that the current leakage in the Jinqiu road subway maintenance base was the interference source of stray current upon Shanghai high-pressure natural gas 9 section pipeline.The rail potential,grounding,track to earth insulation and overhead power line were also tested.The causes for the current leakage in the subway maintenance base were analyzed,and protective countermeasures were proposed based on the measured results.The countermeasures inclucle to reinforce the construction and management of the rail insulation,the testing and measurement of the grounding electrode in the transformer substation,and the drained current protection.
