研究了几种Fe3Al基合金的耐冲蚀性能.冲蚀试验在一个水平装置中进行,其内部通入含高浓度SO2和SiO2颗粒的高温气流,研究结果表明,在600-800℃温度范围内,Fe3Al基合金的抗冲蚀性能明显优于镍基和钴基高温合金.SEM观察表明,Fe3Al基合金的冲蚀过程是片屑的形成,而对于镍基和钴基合金,冲蚀试样表面则呈现犁削形貌.加少量的钨、钼或铌到Fe3Al基合金中能进一步提高合金的耐冲蚀性能。

The erosion-corrosion resistance of some Fe3-Al-based alloys at high temperatures was investigated.Erosion-xorrosion experiments were performed in a horizontal systen through which the high temperature air floww containing highly concentrated SO2 and SiO2 particles was blasted off.The results indicated that Fe3-A;-based alloys had much higher erosion-corrosion resistance than nickel-and cobalt-based alloys at temperature between 600-800℃.SEM observations on the eroded specimens of different alloys revealed that the erosion-corrosion of Fe3Al-based alloys was associated with flake formation.For nickel and cobalt-based alloys,the surface of eroded specimens showed ploughing morphology. Small amount addition of tungsten, molybdenum or niobium to the Fe3Al-based alloys resulted in the further increase in the erosion-corrosion resistance.
