在碱性铈盐溶液中，通过两步阴极电解方法，成功地 在工业纯Al表面生成了Ce转化膜，并开发出TS2/TS7和TS3/TS7两种两步阴极电解成膜工艺. 研究表明，经TS2/TS7、TS3/TS7处理的L4工业纯Al在氯化物环境中的耐蚀性得到了显著提高 .
Cerium conversion film was successfully deposited on industrial pure aluminum in alkaline cerium solution using cathodic electrolysi s method with two steps. Two kinds of two-step techniques for the formation of ce rium conversion film using cathodic electrolysis method, named as TS2/TS7, TS3/T S7respectively, were discussed. It was noticed that the corrosion resistance of L4 industrial pure aluminum was greatly improved in chloride environment after the treatment of TS2/TS7 and TS3/TS7.
