基于真空低压渗碳炉,分析了不同渗碳工艺参数对常见渗碳钢晶粒粗化行为的影响规律,并对实验结果数据进行了处理和线性拟合.结果表明:20钢渗碳温度920℃较为适宜,20Cr钢较适宜的渗碳温度为950℃,20CrMnTi钢在980 ℃下保温较长时间奥氏体晶粒仍可以保持细小,可以选择较高温度渗碳;20钢、20Cr钢和20CrMnTi钢的奥氏体晶粒长大规律符合Beck关系式;奥氏体晶粒随加热温度的升高呈指数形式长大,温度越高,晶粒生长指数越大.在一定含碳量范围内,随着奥氏体中含碳量的增加,晶粒长大倾向增加;当含碳量超过一定限度后,奥氏体晶粒长大倾向减小;在不同碳浓度下,碳含量对奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响方式不同.
Basing on the low pressure carburizing furnace,effect of different carburizing parameters on the grain coarsening behavior of some common earburizing steel was analyzed,and the experimental results were processed and linear fitting.The results show that the optimum carburizing temperatures of 20 and 20Cr steels are 920 ℃C and 950 ℃C,respectively.The austenite grain size of 20CrMnTi steel can be kept fine at 980 ℃ for a long time,so a higher carburizing temperature can be chosen in this case.The austenite grain growth law with the isothermal time of the 20,20Cr and 20CrMnTi steels is in accordance with the Beck relation.The austenite grain size increases exponentially with the increase of heating temperature,and the higher the temperature is,the larger the grain growth index is.In a certain range of carbon content,with the increase of carbon content in austenite,the grain growth tendency increases,but when the carbon content exceeds a certain limit,the tendency of austenite grain growth decreases.Under different carbon concentrations,the effect of carbon content on the grain size of the austenite is different.
