研究了310S和AL-6XN两种不锈钢在800℃下MgCl2熔盐中的腐蚀行为,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和金相显微镜对腐蚀产物和截面形貌进行了分析.结果表明,两者都为均匀腐蚀,310S初始腐蚀速率比AL-6XN大很多,之后两者均慢慢减小并趋近于零.由腐蚀深度得到前者腐蚀等级为9级,后者为8级,都属于欠耐蚀.在800℃下,两种材料腐蚀过程符合三维扩散(Ginstring-Brounshtein)反应动力学模型,反应常数分别是0.0048和0.0081,并得到他们的动力学方程.在MgCl2熔盐中AL-6XN比310S的耐腐蚀性能更好.
