在卷式膜组器平行流道中,利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法研究了横向网丝间距对流体流动的影响.在横向网丝间距依次为1.333 mm、2 mm、4 mm的3种平行流道中,分别考察了流体的速度和压力分布,并且分析了膜通量与压降之间的关系.模拟结果表明:平行流道中横向网丝间距对流体流动有着重要的影响,横向网丝间距为2 mm的流道是较好的流道,因为它能够较好地平衡膜通量与压降之间的关系.
