试验测定了普通玻镁外墙挂板、掺加复合抗水外加剂和矿物掺合料的高性能玻镁外墙挂板在自然和浸水状态下的弯曲力学性能和变形性能,并运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了水化产物的组成和微观结构特征.结果表明:在浸水条件下,普通玻镁外墙挂板的主要水化产物5 ·1·8相发生了分解,破坏了微观结构,导致其抗弯强度降低;而掺加复合抗水外加剂和矿物掺合料的高性能玻镁外墙挂板的水化产物5·1·8相保持稳定,微观结构未发生变化,显示出较高的抗水性.因此,玻镁外墙挂板的水化产物组成和微观结构的稳定性是确保其抗水性的重要前提.
