以BaCO_3、CeO_2、Y_2O_3、TiO_2为原料,利用高温固相法制备了固体电解质BaCe_(0.8)Y_xTi_(0.2-x)O_(3-δ)(x=0、0.05、0.07、0.1、0.15、0.20),并对其物相、微观结构、收缩率、烧结性、电导率进行了研究.通过改变掺杂Ti和Y的配比,来优化固体电解质的性能.结果表明,Ti和Y双掺杂的BaCeO_3具有钙钛矿型结构;质子导体BaCe_(0.8)Y_xTi_(0.2-x)O_(3-δ)的电导率随着Y的含量的增加而增加,而烧结性能随着Ti的含量的增加而越好;通过对样品的收缩率的研究,说明Ti的加入具有助烧的作用.
The solid electrolyte of BaCe_(0.8)Y_xTi_(0.2-x)O_(3-δ)(x=0,0.05,0.07,0.1,0.15,0.20) were synthesized by solid-state reactions using BaCO_3,CeO+2,Y_2O_3,TiO_2 as the starting materials.The phase,microstructure,sintering behavior,shrinkage and conductivity were investigated.The performance of solid electrolyte were optimized by change Ti and Y concentration.The results show that Ti and Y co-doped BaCeO_3 have orthohormbic perovskite structrue.The conductivity of BaCe_(0.8)Y_xTi_(0.2-x)O_(3-δ) increased as Y concentration increased.The sinterability improved with increasing Ti concentration.The addition of Ti improve sinterability by the results of shrinkage.
