分析了目前悬索桥主缆密封防护技术的优点和不足,提出了一种高耐候悬索桥主缆柔性密封防护系统,通过抗裂纹性、气密性、抗老化性试验和变形量测试证明了其具有优异的柔韧性、抗大变形性、长期气密性和耐老化性,便于维修维护,可为悬索桥长期正常使用提供可靠的保障。
The advantages and disadvantages of the present seal protection technologies for main cable of suspension bridge were analyzed. A flexible seal protection system with high weather resistance and long lifetime was proposed. This flexible seal protection system is proved to have excellent flexibility, good resistance to large deformation, long-term airtightness, and excellent aging resistance, and is easy to maintain and repair by anti-cracking, air-tight, anti-aging tests and deformation measurement, being able to provide a reliable guarantee for its long-term use.
