This paper describes a pint-sized LAPS(light addressable potentiometric sensor) system which is easily used and can detect multi-parameters of the bio-chemical sample rapidly. Users can control the whole system through the Windows application in the PC104PLUS bus module control system. Most functions can be done automatically. The developing process of the PC104PLUS bus module control system and the flow injection system is discussed also.
