本文在硫酸盐型镀锡液中,加入碳纳米管,采用复合电沉积工艺制备锡基碳纳米管复合材料,作为锂离子电池负极.利用扫描电镜进行微区形貌观察,比较了搅拌条件下和在超声作用下制备的复合材料的不同,超声作用下制备的复合镀层微观表面平整,碳纳米管在基体中均匀分散,其与基体结合良好.依据实验对超声在复合电沉积过程中作用机理给出了初步的解释.
