采用荧光法,检测了不同产地海藻酸钠中的荧光类杂质-多酚类物质,并采用活性炭吸附、透析及乙醇萃取等方法去除了海藻酸钠中的多酚类物质.结果表明,不同产地的海藻酸钠中均含有多酚类物质,其相对含量由147.1~491.4AFU不等;采用不同方法对多酚类物质的去除均有显著效果,去除率为29.2%~72.1%,其中活性炭吸附法的效果最佳,去除率可达72.1%.
