采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件,对某型号车厢承受平稳载荷及动态载荷后的受力情况进行了分析,根据计算结果提出了该车厢的高强轻量化方案,分析了新方案车厢受载后的应力大小及分布等情况,结果表明新方案比原方案的安全性更高,强度更大,自重减轻明显,材料采购成本更低,社会综合效益前景良好。

Using the finite element software,ANSYS,the carriage stress bearing steady and dynamic loading was analyzed.According to the result,a scheme to make the carriage's strength higher and lighter has been put forward.The stress' intensity and distribution of the new scheme were analyzed.The result shows that the new carriage has safer and higher intensity than the original one;the new carriage is greater in strength and lower in material cost,and prospects for social benefits are good.
