高级检索

利用扫描电镜、能谱分析、显微硬度计测试并分析了热处理对颗粒增强铁基复合材料的组织和硬度的影响.结果表明,随热处理温度升高,材料硬度增高;(450、550、650和750 ℃)+空冷时,复合材料界面结合良好,界面元素成分稳定,未出现裂纹;550℃+水淬时,靠近陶瓷颗粒的金属基体出现裂纹.该材料适用于750℃高温非急冷环境中,但不适合于冷却速度较高的环境.
