以钛酸丁酯(C4H9O)4Ti)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为原料制得前驱体,采用静电纺丝法制备出(C4H9O)4Ti/PVP前驱体纤维,经高温煅烧得到TiO2纤维;采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、红外光谱仪等研究了前驱体及所得纤维的物相及形貌.结果表明:(C4H9O)4Ti/PVP前驱体纤维的直径在2~5 μm之间,长度可达几个毫米;在1 000℃煅烧后得到具有金红石型的TiO2纤维,纤维直径在0.5~1 μm之间,纤维的长度变短,容易断裂,形成一种特殊的颗粒粘结结构.
