通过高温高压腐蚀实验,结合腐蚀产物膜分析和电化学测试技术对N80钢的CO2腐蚀动力学进行了研究.结果表明:随着腐蚀时间的延长,腐蚀速率呈指数递减规律;腐蚀产物膜的形成有明显的形核和晶粒长大两个阶段,它们分别受阴极过程控制和阳极过程控制;从能谱分析发现,腐蚀产物的成分在6d后达到稳定;腐蚀产物膜稳定后,EIS图谱上出现Warburg阻抗,结合极化曲线推测,产物膜阻碍Fe2+离子的扩散,使已形核的晶粒长大,腐蚀产物变得更加致密,故腐蚀阻力增大,从而急剧降低腐蚀电流密度.
