某蒸气机末级叶片在使用时发生断裂,我们追查制造过程中的无损检测记录和力学性能检测记录并未发现有不合格记载,通过对叶片断口的宏观检验和扫描电镜检验,最终确认叶片的失效为多源疲劳断裂.

The last level blade of a turbine rotor is fractured during operation.When we traced back to the NDE report and mechanical property report,there is no nonconforming record.After macroexamination and SEM examination for the fractared blades,we got a conclusion that the failure of the blade was due to multisource fatigue fracture.
