C/C-SiC复合材料具有许多优异的性能,如高比强度、高比模量、优良的高温性能、高热导率以及低热膨胀系数等.与其它制备工艺相比,采用熔融渗硅法制备C/C-SiC复合材料的工艺具有操作简单、周期短、成本低等优点.综述了目前熔融渗硅法制备C/C-SiC复合材料的研究状况.
