目前对SOFC的研究主要通过数值分析方法,由于传统宏观模型不能准确描述其内在机理,而细微尺度模拟则面临计算机内存开销巨大,CPU耗时过长的问题。因此本文提出一种用于模拟SOFC电化学性能的伸缩式投影Adams多尺度模拟方法,建立SOFC的系统模型,首次以多尺度的观点从介观尺度出发对SOFC电化学性能进行模拟。研究其各电化学性能参数之间的关系以及入口燃料/空气成分含量、SOFC工作温度、压力对电化学性能的影响,论证了该方法的有效性。
Study on SOFC mainly relies on numerical simulation.However at the macroscale it has not predicted the internal mechanism accurately;great difficulties also appear in the fine-scale modelling,such as the huge computational cost on the computer memory and central processing unit (CPU).Based on this,in this paper a telescopic projective Adams multiscale simulation method on fuel cell electrochemical reaction is presented and then applied to solid oxide fuel cell electrochemical reaction process.It performs a multi-scale process modelling of SOFC electrochemical reaction by the proposed method and the electrochemical performance of SOFC is obtained by multi-scale point of view from mesoscopic scale.The results indicate that the proposed method can solve the complex multi-scale problem with high efficiency and accuracy,it also reveals a huge potential to perform a multi-scale process modelling of complex system,which is almost an impossible mission for current simulation technique and computer's capacity.
