锆及锆合金常被应用于核工业以及化学工业中.由于锆及锆合金熔点高,熔体的化学活性极强,会与常用的耐火材料发生反应,导致锆合金精密铸造与熔炼的难度增加,限制了其应用领域.锆与钛同处元素周期表的第IVB族,同属高活性金属,为此,结合钛合金相关方面的研究,简要介绍了锆合金的精密铸造与熔炼技术,论述了锆合金精密铸造与熔炼用耐火材料的研究现状,探讨了BaZrO3耐火材料用于锆合金熔炼的可行性,并对其在锆合金熔炼方面的应用作了展望.
Zirconium and its alloy is often used in the nuclear and chemical industry.But the zirconium alloy melt prefers reacting with common refractory material for its high chemical activity,which leads to the difficulty of precision casting and melting of zirconium alloy.And the application of zirconium alloy in various industries is limited,Zr and Ti are both in the IVB group of periodic table,and they are both highly active metal.Therefore,based on the research of titanium alloy,the precision casting and melting technology of zirconium alloy was introduced,and the current research situation of refractory material for precision casting and smelting was also discussed.Lastly,the feasibility of the BaZrO3 refractories for melting zirconium alloy was studied.
