测定了FeS-Na2S系熔剂组成及相关工艺因素对钢液脱铜率ηCu和增硫值△[S]的影响关系.结果表明,随熔剂中FeS/Na2S配比按30/70、40/60、50/50、60/40、70/30的变化次序,其相应ηCu值不断增大,而其△[S]值依次降低.控制FeS/Na2S配比为70/30时,可获得48%左右的脱铜率和最小△[S]值.添加BaO的熔剂组成为40%FeS-40%BaO-20%Na2S时,可达到提高熔剂脱铜能力和减少铁液增硫的效果.
