以四磺酸酞菁铜(CuPcTs)为敏化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了酞菁敏化的TiO2溶胶,经浸渍提拉成膜并室温晾干,制得CuPcTs-TiO2薄膜.采用XRD,UV-Vis和SEM等测试手段对溥膜样品进行了表征,并通过罗丹明B的降解考察了薄膜的可见光催化性能.结果表明,TiO2为锐钛矿-板钛矿-金红石混晶结构,CuPcTs-TiO2薄膜对罗丹明B降解具有较高的光催化活性.CuPcTs敏化能有效提高TiO2的可见光催化活性,但过多的CuPcTs会使催化活性降低.在可见光照射条件下,罗丹明B主要是先脱乙基生成罗丹明,然后再逐步被分解.CuPcTs-TiO2薄膜在经2~3 次循环使用后,其光催化活性趋于稳定.CuPcTs可牢固地负载于TiO2薄膜中,从而保证了CuPcTs-TiO2薄膜重复使用的稳定性.
