本文对比了焊炬摆动对熔池内部流动和元素分布规律的影响.焊炬无摆动时元素分布呈双峰型,峰值位置在熔池中心左右3 mm处;熔池中心Mn、Mo、Ni和Cr含量较高,分别为1.298%、0.149%、0.146%和0.011%;旋涡中心C、Si、P和S含量最大,分别为0.048%、0.260%、0.014%和0.009%.焊炬摆动时元素分布呈单峰型;熔池中心C、Si、P和S含量最高,分别为0.050%、0.270%、0.016%和0.010%;熔池中心Mn、Mo、Ni和Cr含量最低,分别为1.121%、0.063%、0.062%和0.005%.
