以钛酸丁酯为原料,三嵌段共聚物F127为模板剂,利用司班-20、曲拉通X-100/环己烷/正丁醇/水微乳液体系制备了介孔TiO2粉体.采用高温焙烧的方法去除模板剂,对合成的样品进行XRD、N2吸附-脱附表征,研究了焙烧温度,模板剂用量等因素对样品比表面积的影响,并以甲基橙的降解为模型反应评价其催化活性.实验结果表明,模板剂用量为1 g,焙烧温度为400℃条件下所得TiO2粉体表现出较好的介孔特性,其比表面积为97.5m2·g-1,最可几孔径为9.8nm左右,且晶型全部为锐钛矿.光催化降解甲基橙表明介孔TiO2具有优异的催化性能,40W紫外光照射180 min后甲基橙降解率可达96.79%.
