三压式余热锅炉由于系统较复杂存在清洗周期长,控温难等清洗难点,针对这些难点采取了乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)高温法化学清洗对其清洗,结果表明,采用该方法具有清洗效果好,清洗工艺简单和清洗时间短等优点,最终完成了天津陈塘庄燃机电厂三压式余热锅炉 EDTA 高温法化学清洗。
Due to the complex system,the three-pressure heat recovery steam generator (HRSG)had a long cleaning period and the difficulty for controlling its temperature.A high-temperature chemical cleaning method with EDTA was suggested.The results showed that this method had a perfect cleaning effect,a simple cleaning process and a short cleaning period.
