采用环境拉力试验机、数字电源和台式数字万用表同步联测的方法,测量了硅橡胶/镀银空心微珠导电复合材料在温度、应力和电场作用下的电阻变化,研究了复合体系在单因素和多因素外场刺激下的导电响应行为。结果表明,硅橡胶/镀银空心微珠复合材料在30℃-200℃的温度区间表现为正温度系数(PTC)效应。在应力松弛过程中,复合体系的电阻响应在一定程度上表现出类似高分子材料的粘弹特性。同时,随着外加电场的增大,复合体系的电阻逐渐偏离欧姆定律,表现出非线性行为。

Resistance changes of silicone rubber/silver-coated fly ash cenospheres conductive composites were measured during the process of changing the temperature, stress, and electric field. Moreover, conductive characteristics of the composites system were studied under the stimulation of single and multiple factors with environmental tensile testing machine, digital power, and bench-type digital multimeter. The results indicate that, the composites show positive temperature coefficient (PTC) effect between 30 ℃ and 200℃. Resistance-response of the composites system acts viscoelastic properties of polymer materials in the process of stress relaxation test. With the external electric fields increasing, resistance of the composites system acts the nonlinear behavior that deviates from Ohm's law gradually.
